Evolve Business Finance expands team with new commercial finance broker

Evolve Business Finance today announced that it has appointed Will Smith as a commercial finance broker as the team continues to grow.

Will joins from a successful start in sales, having gained hands-on experience at MIH Global before moving to Marshalls Motor Group, where he consistently beat his targets. He now brings his drive and energy to commercial finance.

“I’m excited to join Evolve at such a great time,” said Will. “The business is growing fast, and I can’t wait to get stuck in. I am very keen to apply my skills to help businesses secure funding and always up for a chat about finance – or football!”

Evolve Business Finance’s director, Stef Radymski, added: “With more deals coming in and the team expanding, we’re moving into a bigger office to give us the space we need. Will is a fantastic addition and we’re looking forward to seeing him develop in this role.”

Will’s arrival sees Nilima Begum also step into a commercial finance broker role after a successful six month training programme, strengthening the firm’s offering as it continues to help businesses access the funding they need.
