Helping Deco-Pak transition to invoice finance

Deco-Pak, a leading supplier of hard landscaping products to garden centres and retailers across the UK and Ireland, has successfully transitioned from a cumbersome overdraft facility to a more flexible invoice finance solution with the help of Evolve Business Finance.

Based in Halifax, the family-run business was established in 2004 and has over 30 employees. Deco-Pak is dedicated to providing the best products and services for all gardening and landscaping areas and every item is carefully selected from around the world, ensuring that their quality is of the highest standard at all times.

Towards the tail-end of 2023, Deco-Pak was finding its overdraft facility was becoming unmanageable and that it wasn’t getting the support it needed from the well-known high street bank. Faced with the need for greater cashflow headroom during a period of growth and change, Deco-Pak’s managing director, Craig Hall, turned to Evolve for expert advice on a recommendation from a colleague.

Director Stefan Radymski reviewed Deco-Pak’s requirements and suggested that an invoice finance facility would be ideal in this particular situation as it could replace the overdraft and provide early access to the money owed in unpaid invoices. A number of lenders that could offer a tailored financial solution to meet the company’s needs were put forward for Craig to choose from.
