Stefan Radymski
DirectorBefore founding Evolve Business Finance Limited, Stefan Radymski spent 12 years working with market-leading invoice finance providers, before joining Goodman Corporate Finance in 2017. Starting as sales director, he later joined the board of directors in 2021.
With experience on both sides of the table, Stef is in a rare (and valuable) position where he understands both client requirements and lender appetites, and more specifically, how a credit application and process works, how lenders operate and how to work best for them.
He has built long-lasting relationships with key lender stakeholders, gaining access to the decision-makers to enable quick decisions and funding completions.
Over the past six years, Stef has worked with business owners from all kinds of sectors, and has carved out a niche in bespoke asset based lending and invoice finance facilities. He has been instrumental in helping clients with acquisitions, MBI, MBO, refinancing, restructuring, and turnaround insolvency.
Kelly Wealthall ACA
DirectorKelly is an ACA chartered accountant and a qualified chartered tax advisor with extensive experience across various sectors, including business advisory, corporate taxation, corporate restructuring, and insolvency. As the co-founder and director of Evolve Business Finance, she oversees all financial and accounting activities and also runs her own finance consultancy.
Previously, Kelly held roles as a financial controller, tax advisor, and management accountant at several organisations, including Joules, Osbornes Tax & Advisory Limited, PKF Cooper Parry, and John Pye & Sons Auctioneers.
Nilima Begum
Business Development ExecutiveNilima is Evolve Business Finance’s business development executive, dedicated to ensuring clients have a seamless onboarding experience. With over ten years of experience in the banking industry, she has a strong background as a business advisor. Nilima began her career in retail banking with RBS, The Co-operative Bank, and Williams & Glyn, before transitioning to business and commercial banking in 2018 with Aldermore.
Since then, she has also held positions with Nucleus Commercial Finance and Bibby Financial Services, further enhancing her expertise in business finance.
Jane Bexton
Office ManagerJane brings over 20 years of extensive expertise in office management, executive director support, and finance operations. She joined Evolve Business Finance from Goodman Corporate Finance, where she spent over seven years leading the finance function, fostering a dynamic partnership marked by productivity and mutual respect.
Jane excels at building strong relationships with both new and existing clients, all while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Chantal Heckford
Marketing and CommunicationsChantal is a communications specialist with over 20 years of experience in both in-house and agency roles. She spent 15 years at a financial services communications agency before becoming the head of marketing at a lender.
For the past four years, she has been an independent consultant, creating thought-provoking programmes and effective content for companies in the business finance sector. Chantal is half Swiss (like the trains, she’s ALWAYS on time!), loves yoghurt coated peanuts and Mad Men.
