Act now – or risk losing your finance deal
If you’ve got a deal on the table, now’s not the time to wait.
We’re seeing a lot of shifts in the market right now – changes in credit appetite, price moves (some better, some worse) and lenders stepping away from products they backed only months ago. The truth is: funding offers don’t last.
Due diligence reports like valuations, audits or forecasts come with shelf lives. If you sit on an offer too long, those reports will need redoing – costing you time, money and momentum. We’ve seen deals collapse for this reason alone.
And lenders? Some are pulling back. Others are tweaking terms week by week. The offer you have today might not be there next week. Or it might be 2% more expensive.
